Understand, Spain is not great. There are housing shortages and price spikes in every city, unemployment is 3x that in the US, and there are months long delays in the public health system for basic medical care.

For example, he couldn't understand why June was rejected for a larger apartment when she has the money to pay for it. He didn't understand the concept of a "credit report." He definitely didn't understand why my name change made it so I couldn't help her.
