There’s an echoing of this in today’s politics when you look at Mamdani. A lot of progressive candidates face this as well. The establishment doesn’t want them because they plan to actually serve their constituents. This is why voting in primaries and in off election years are so important.

If MAGA can’t win, they’ll try to cheat. In New Jersey, Democratic strongholds are being targeted with bomb threats at polling places across Bergen, Essex, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Passaic counties, forcing brief closures. Do not let this stop you from voting.
