Yes.
Spending a month on Bluesky has created a whole new model of a fight we need to be having right now. Not liberal vs. conservative or whatever, but respect vs manipulation.

As I continue to examine my addictive tech tendencies, I’ve found that once I eliminate one, I replace with the next, in this order:
Short form vid content ➡️ Reddit doom threads ➡️ NYT games ➡️ Bluesky
Incredible that this device has the literal ENTIRE library on it but my brain is like, “Eh.” 😩

As a former dir of product mgmt @Twitter (which I loved), I can confidently say that since Oct 2022, Bluesky, w/its small but mighty staff, has implemented more impactful & user-centered product features than multi-billion dollar public companies w/thousands of employees have done in over a decade.🦋

As an OT, I had to understand 1 EMR system that rarely changed, and a handful of tools (physical devices or written assessments) that had not changed in 30+ years.
Now, as a UX researcher and a11y professional on a small team, I use 20+ software products that get upgrades constantly. I am 😅
