I once made these miso chocolate chip cookies for someone who has said he “only eats to stay alive.” He ate nearly two dozen in two hours.

I made more flour tortillas, and this time used them for sausage, egg and cheese breakfast tacos. (They make me miss Tempo in Nashville a little less.)
