Yeah but the bad ache of that long jab into the back of the hand. I always told them “oh wherever, I’m easy” until I spent 3 hours with it angled wrong into my boney little mitt.

My neurologist insists that for good sleep you must have a very cold room and very very warm feet. She prescribed a vibrating heating pad for my feet and it’s the greatest thing ever. I still kick off socks in the middle of the night.
