The hearing in the Court of Appeal continues today. Huge thanks to our barrister Chris Barnes and to the charity Law for Change for funding the appeal - an important public interest case relating to transparency and accountability.

Two retired judges who heard proceedings involving the family of the murdered schoolgirl Sara Sharif have asked the Court of Appeal not to name them.They and a third judge have “serious concerns about the risks which would arise if they were now identified”.
