His intent is clearly sketchy at best. Magic card: Descent Into Avernus - 2R, enchantment, rare. At the beginning of your upkeep, put two descent counters on Descent Into Avernus. Then each player creates X treasure tokens and Descent Into Avernus deals X damage to each player, where X is the number of descent counters on Descent Into Avernus.

Don't let them get away with the slight of hand of banning gender affirming care for people under *19* years of age. This is an ADULT gender affirming care ban for 18 year olds, and it's the precedent they will use to increase the age to 21, 25, and everyone else.

This is genocide in progress.
