Haven’t heard of a darning disc. I love that pop of pink on the sweater. Did you follow The Knitting Man when he was darning socks with bright pops of colour? (If not, you two are just on the same wavelength- brilliant)

I’ve just discovered these slippers but looks like Drops Snow is sold out everywhere (because everyone is making slippers!) Your slippers look so elegant - I’m sure the lucky recipient will love them. (I’m planning to make some next year, once Drops Snow is back in stock!)

Yup. Had one where it was so off, I gave up. May’ve been the translation or my not understanding it. If the pattern’s on Ravelry, check the projects and see if anyone else had issues. Sometime it is the pattern (I found others had a similar issue with the one I was struggling with.)

My grandparents used to watch it when I was visiting and would promptly fall asleep. If I tried to change the channel, Grandad would briefly snort awake, so I was trapped. Very escapist happy stuff, tho - pretty costumes, smiley cast, familiar music - I can see the allure

Thanks! It’s just knitting in the round (so it’s quite heavy) and intended to use up scrap yarn. Pattern is called “The Mindless Knitting, TV Watching, Scrap User-Upper Afghan” 😂

Depending on what you’re knitting - stitch markers can be awesome and save on counting. I’d be lost without them
