That is a happy dog laying next to an exhausted human who has the week off in between his old job and his new one in Pennsylvania.

Sometimes you can’t make it to the bed to flop. I assume the dogs just figure we are visiting their turf.

I have a cat guard. All is well.

I asked God to be obvious because I’m too tired to look for Him most of the time.

Today, I was blunt. I said, “I need to see You fix the weight of medical debt. Worrying is bad for me and all I do is worry these days.”

Disability called a few hours later.
It may be magical thinking. That’s okay.

Hello, this is me. Every decision and detail in my life — I obsess about internally.

I cursed my kid with this. I see the effect I have had on her, lack of love for her not being a factor. She used to wake me up because she felt guilt over everything.

We are breaking generational curses together.

Everything is changing and my weary little body is angry with me.

I’m resting today so hopefully I can pack a box or two tomorrow.

Sorry for my absence. We have been under lockdown while construction happens outside.

I am making this deck for another family. My Timmy took a position in York, PA so we are moving as soon as we can get settled with a new home while selling our big baby of a home here in Maryland.
