Had to recreate this sketch that was revealed during the recent behind-the-scenes creator live stream, it was too adorable.

The Aaron tribute was a great idea and was otherwise nicely done, but hacking up Scully's call was an utter disgrace. Everyone involved in that decision, be they with Major League Baseball or the Fox network, should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

When you omit "A Black man is getting a standing ovation in the Deep South for breaking a record of an all-time baseball idol," you completely alter what Scully was describing as "marvelous." Scully was NOT just broadly marveling. He was marveling at a very specific, very important thing.

He was such a gentleman! We met at the cosplay show, and knew we needed a picture. His wife was also doing a T’Ana cosplay, and they were adorable together.
