With the autism and adhd, I’m scared to ride my bike with traffic in the car lanes. The bike lanes are good… until they abruptly stop which happens a lot in Belfast. Lots of NI has good bike access but it’s difficult to traverse Belfast itself without hypervigilance related anxiety.
