(I would also think that allowing for tail-blade augments would give it an additional wheel to work with.

Beyond blooming plains and flowering paths, beyond mountains and coastlines, from the depths of the sea, the great Kaiju emerges. His towering build, his spanning tail, his radiant breath and glowing spines, each a symbol of his status as King of Monsters, glow every bit as bright as the countless lights in the sky. With a bellowing roar, he breathes out light, a pillar of brilliance released from his maw, seeming to outshine the light of the stars themselves, going so far as to even engulf the moon itself, as verdant waves burst and crash from the surface of the seas from his declaration of presence alone. It must be quite a sight, to regard from anywhere. Be it the blooming plains, the mountains flanking the nearby coast... or even the beach itself, giving rise to his true stature. Where would you stand to behold it all?

The Scoot Bloop Squad gathers as an array of Scoot Bloops (described most succinctly by good sir SupperMarioBroth as "Bloopers whimsically wearing shoes")! (Which is literally perfect design, by the way. Peak whimsy. Bless them.) This little squad here decided to come in many shapes and colours, from the well-known traditional bloopers, to some wearing the guises of other residents of the realms (ranging from fellows like Toads and Ninjis, to minions of the King, like Troopas and Snifits, even to some Kings themselves! ...And also some other fellows that probably don't actually qualify as Bloopers, exactly. Some of you might have an inkling as to the identity of those among us; just don't tattle in, 'kay? It'd be rude, given the day~!) Come, one and all. Endless lights glittering on. Each one a world of worlds. Each one a sea of stars. Each one, a universe. All forming constellations of their own, entire galaxies and superclusters teeming with light and life, thus forming that sea of astral seas; a multiverse. Within that vast realm, and within all realms within it, and within all realms *beyond* it, He - the Allfather - dwells, His long dragon form, housing untold powers of Life and Creation, roaming that seemingly-endless realm, as He lays claim to space, in growing presence and ever-greater scale alike. One can only imagine what being beheld by Him must be like, regarded by His gaze of four eyes, each one profoundly knowing, ancient and a world on its own; deep obsidian like the void of space, and shining like suns of emerald. Many a world and universe (and multiverse, and beyond that...) likely find out of their own, as the gaze of the Divine falls upon them; a world and the Allfather, each beholding and beheld by the other. Perhaps He might manifest a form to walk the realms within one... (Been working on this the past little while, and it is now done (on time, hopefully)! It was great fun getting to work on Noodle-Alexi's form and twice so to give him a frame of scale reference. The former due to Alexi's great shapes in general, and the many details of his visage (even if I sadly, *sadly*, had to forgo his contours, as I could not get the details there to look as well as I'd like). His fluff especially was neat to work with! And the latter due to the challenge of giving a sense of scale to it all; thanks to cosmic divinity privileges, one could frame his form with a sea of universes! And so it went! It was *such* fun figuring out how to work the star-like lights and the galaxy effects in here. I am honestly quite proud of how they all came out (no less because of that sense of cosmic *depth* that quite needed to be present here). A happy birthday to thee, Alexi. Been a treat working on this!)

'tis the visage of Rhino Vanguard, donning the Erato Signa, clad in the black of the night, the blue of the skies and the gleam of gold. You can rest assured, this one will charge forth in battle like a dragon for the sake of those he holds dearly. One among them being the Thrill of the Battle itself. (I found that the flow of this signa works very well with the linings of his Vanguard helmet, giving him something of a dragon aura. Plus, I went a tad wilder with the silvers of his helm, as a treat (the added size always works there). Erato Signa is almost cheating in how well it works with most fashion-framing endeavours, honestly. It's always lovely to use.)

Somewhere in the world, lies a great expanse dotted with sites that have housed great power of Form for untold generations (known to some as Power Spots); sites long-known to grant to those who seek them out nigh-unmatched strength and scale above their peers. Over many, many moons, there were many who sought to use such power for their own gain, or for the benefit of those around them (or both, when the occasions did happily align); and, in so doing, urged heroes to fell them, or friends to support them in turn. In some regions within this great expanse, these spots of Power, over countless generations, birthed something of a tradition surrounding their history, as communities formed and flourished. In celebration of the passage of time, of the past and future, festivals of ceremonial wrestling would take place; the strongest combatants of the land would don their most festive get-up, and Wrestle for the joy of the people, re-enacting great events of their history. Peers settling scores, or mortals felling giants, all with the bombastic flair of Showmanship. Among them, the family name of 'Belcanto' is one quite known. Of recent years, this would be referring either to the elder Belcanto, known as "The Silver Star of Midnight", or his son, "The Heir to the Silver Star". The good sir we are discussing is the latter, born of the star-crossed union of Belcanto Sr. and his beloved Corviknight. Even with his many, many years of age, Belcanto boasts of a powerfully-built compact form, clad in muscle and silver gear with an impressive wingspan (Hawlucha aspects); plumage of red and violet hues mostly owes to his Corviknight descent. He has long since retired from wrestling (his eyesight does suffer), but still hones his form with utmost diligence (if sporting a bit of a belly, for he *loves* good grub). Besides his wrestling exploits, he is also renowned for his singing voice (as are most in his family, his father especially so). Besties with one Mr. Malmarade.

Alright, friends. A question.

Took a trip down memory lane the other day, and I was struck by a memory that occurs once in a while, of (I think) anime, that I had seen *way* back and whose name I never kept.

The #pixelart and altText here provide what all I recall.
Does any of it ring any bells?
The nature of the show was sci-fi, at least in part (it took hues of fantasy at some point, I think). So, this sizeable fellow here (or, at least as I recall it being) was a hazard in the scenes I recall seeing. A massive sort-of-orblike robot that was doggedly chasing a young lady, who was riding a hover bike to escape from it (and I think was clad in pink sci-fi armour? Not certain). There is a change it might have been able to shoot explosive lasers from its red eye (which I think it did at some point). Much of its screen time was devoted to hunting down the lady in question. (And it proved to be surprisingly sneaky in spite of its relatively-mountainous size, on occasion). The deep-drone sound of its levitation is one that I clearly remember. Anyway, chase scenes occur. At some point, we find ourselves indoors; and someone apparently triggers a self-destruct sequence (perhaps by accident) which causes wide-scale blinding light to consume the area. Leading us to assume that the lady we've been seeing so far has perished in the blast, until... ...in that dreamy void of white, we find her, along with some other people (and I think one of them was a young knight-styled fellow). At that point, an ethereal lady greets them (which the young knight identifies as being related to The Sword). Said sword is apparently where everyone present is currently in (the white void being a space within the sword -- like spiritual manifestation or such like). We are then treated to a view of the sword in question traveling in space, as seen here. That is all I recall seeing of that show, and nothing else; my search has proven sadly fruitless, more or less. Any assistance in identifying the show would be most appreciated. *Wizard tipping hat and bowing*

Alright, my good fellows. Quick question.

Let us assume that a Hawlucha is capable of growing a moustache, for Reasons.

Where would the moustache be grown?

A) On the beak tip
B) Under the beak tip
C) Above the mouth

(I'll go C, but am curious to know of your opinions here.)

The three displays of our imagined (as yet) Hawlucha and its array of staches. Which would you think makes the most sense? Type A: where the moustaches is grown on the beak of its "mask", under its nostrils? Type B: where the moustache is grown under the tip of the beak of its "mask", and flows around and outwards? or Type C: where the moustache is more traditionally grown under the mask, right above where its mouth is supposed to be (accounting for the steep curvature there, because all of Hawlucha's beak is technically its upper lip. Which would also make Hawlucha elephant-adjacent, somewhat, but this wizard digresses.) I am leaning towards Type C, as stated. But I am curious to know what your opinion on this matter may be! (Moustache gets the deluxe treatment for Megas, naturally.) (...It also struck me while making this that one does not often see luchadores and moustaches going hand-in-hand. I mean, it makes sense, given that their masks tend to cover their faces in their entirety, but still, it's gotten me curious: do luchadores tend to grow out their moustaches or not?)

How sizeable Fig had grown! From a slithering snake, to a bone-horned lizard, to a great basilisk, to a skull-faced beast of his own! Grown so, that the boundary between thought and matter needed not be insurmountable to one such as he (or, at least, so The Tree seemed to decree, apparently.) His eyes glinting with curiosity, he passed through that barrier as one would fight a breeze, with no effort at all. One mighty arm followed another towards at the floor of the wizard's study, the wood buckling ever so slightly from his weight, as his back back came into view... and the rest of him started following suit. For his part, the wizard, so engrossed in his scribblings, took no notice whatsoever, even as Fig's form started to cast shadow upon his desk and writing. Over-concentration and such like. Before long, Fig found himself standing in the wizard's study, standing many heads taller than the wizard himself (not that the wizard was aware). A saurian green-scaled beast, with strong arms and even stronger legs, all adorned with verdant claws, an underbelly hued in gold, and a great big tail, that was much like a great striped serpent of its own. (So great a tail, in fact, that, while Fig himself was very much standing in the material world at that point, the lion's share of his tail was in the wizard's thoughts and still in the process of emerging.) His skull-faced visage, adorned with two great horns, curiously regarded his surroundings, gazing this way and that in abject wonder at the things he was seeing -- perhaps more so, at the very concept of Having Things to See. And so, he'd set about exploring the wizard's study for a tad, his heavy footfalls followed by the dragging of his tail (which steadily claimed more and more space in the chambers as it crossed over from thought to matter). Eventually, Fig had his fill of galivanting about within the walls of the tree, wandering around artifacts arcane and objects mundane; and, satisfied thus, he found himself wandering back to the wizard from whose thoughts he had emerged (traversing along and over several, *several* coils of his own along the way). As for the wizard Q himself, who was so engrossed in his arcane writings, he had not yet taken notice of the veritable river of green that had flown into his study (and several other chambers of his, at this point); nor of the looming wall of scale and muscle that had gone and situated itself behind him. Instead, he carried on with his study in inscriptions, quill in hand, letter by letter, rune by rune... until, a few moments later, as the last of Fig's nearly-endless coils started crossing over... *FWUMP* Darkness enveloped the wizard. Darkness and a nigh-immovable burden... but, surprisingly not overbearingly so; if anything, it felt as if the weight was doing its best to be comfortable for him (or for itself, more likely). It was then, as the last coil emerged and he finally snapped out of his thoughts, that it *finally* registered to him: that the one he would know as Fig had manifested -- and he was in the process of getting himself some shut-eye. And the wizard quickly realized that, since he was currently serving as a pillow to a great serpent, there would be no more scribbling to be conducted for a bit. (On the plus side, though, Fig would go on to prove himself an *excellent* weighted blanket (as well as a heavy sleepyhead in many ways), as Q would attest to later. And thus, Q got himself a roomate, and The Tree a new caretaker!)

The night of the new moon had blanketed the Blue Mountains in tranquility; all beings within, in restful slumber. All but one. One whose presence has towered over the great mountains themselves on many an occasion. The Godmoth of the Blue Mountains, who lay peacefully upon that endless expanse of snow-capped peaks and ridges, himself a mountain range in all but name. On this night, his eyes were locked upon that dark, near-invisible orb that was the realm's moon: the shell of the eldritch G, himself in slumber. Night after night, the moth always delighted in simply spending his time basking in the presence of that moon, be it dark, glowing softly or bearing its countless sanguine gazes. This night would prove different, however. For from that dark sky of glittering stars, he heard- felt, a call. A call known to him, and him only. The moon, in its apparent darkened rest, beckoned. The moth responded. His enormous form rose to stand above the mountains. He spread his mighty wings once, their unfurling casting great winds to streak across the land. And then, he leapt. Mercifully, the ground did not contest his ascent. With that one leap, he cleared the mountains, the clouds above, the bounds of the sky, into the void between him and the moon. In so doing, he felt the presence of G resonate with his own arcane form, strongly so; and thus, his Form Surged, in muscle, in chitin, in Presence. One leap had taken him halfway to the moon above; his sheer growth took care of the rest. By the time he reached the moon, he could - and did - fit it snugly in the palm of one hand. And thus, two things became known: One: the moon could emit light of its own, bathing the godmoth in its glow*; the moth's own light undulating through his antennae in response. The other: the moon could speak. And in its eldritch tongues it gave him His Name. (*Why the glow of the moon itself is red here? That's G blushing. He likely found Frey's grip to be cozy. Understandable, really.)

Should one happen upon the Dreamstoker in the land of dreams, they may often find him reclining upon his coils in relaxation, or wandering the realm himself ('course, it's just as likely that *he* will find *them*, first). Many speak of his half-serpentine form: a billowing form of smoke and deep shadow, the violet of his body giving way to vine like shadows as one trails from his core to his arms and tail-tip (wherever that might be). His unknowably long coils of smoke give rise to a strong body, and his countenance of wizened angles is adorned with deep darkness; lightless shadows form a crest upon his head, uniting with his brow, his eyes, his nose and forming a billowing four-pronged moustache that lines his visage (and, notably, conceals his maw). Within those flowing shadows shines a calm gaze of gold; two eyes that can shift from drowzy to piercing - and from darkened to blinding - at moment's notice. If there is one thing that one can be certain of regarding the Dreamstoker, is that he will always have his trusted pipe within arm's reach if not in hand, made of wood and gold, modeled after the Dreamcall Lillies that he himself has fathered. That pipe contains the ever-lit embers and smoke of dreams unformed; remnants of all the dreams he has toked, and the potential of all the rest, swirling and mixed together with his breath and the vapours of his own billowing form. Those embers and smoke, he can freely use to forge dreams anew, seed dreams in the hearts of men, even draw waking individuals to the realm of dreams (and vice versa). Often times, though, he will be content to simply just let the smoke coil, swirl and billow freely; and, in so doing, given form as his Familiars: extensions of himself, his eyes, ears and servants. Dreamdrake Swarms, Dreamcoil Serpents, the mixing countenance of the Friend of Faces Two... these are only some among the countless he has formed over the ages. And when one speaks to the Dreamstoker, They All are listening.

A void. A complete absence of anything. That is what he, whoever this "he" might be, felt. In this void, he took a step forth. Then another. Walking upon Nothing as if walking on air. He took a step. Then another. Then another still. Walking upon Nothing as if on steady ground. He took a step. Then another. Then another proved difficult. For the Nothing he was walking upon started to swivel 'bout his feet. Like fog. Like water. Like mud, and then back to fog once more. He tried a step, wading through the mire. Then another, sliding 'cross the terrain. Then another, had he not lost his footing, with the fog and the water and all else coiling around his form as if they were actual, binding coils. Those same coils kept him from falling. And then, the sound of a flicker. A flame, lightless, being struck. The small sound of a puff. Two puffs. Three... And a deep exhale... letting loose smoke and colour in the skyless void. "Long day, friend?" asked a deep, sonorous voice, smoke-laden. The man turned, and found himself facing a piercing gaze, like two suns setting in a haze, streams of smoke surrounding them. The smoke itself started to light up and take shape. "Relax. You are dreaming. No harm will come to you here." From where there was darkness, fragments of violet light started to form; from where there was nothing, a sea of smoke; from that sea, flowing serpentine coils emerged -- coil and smoke being very much one and the same. Between those coils, glimpes were given of realms idyllic and nightmarish alike; while at the end of them, where those brilliant eyes were, was the countenance of he who is known as the Dreamstoker. He who stokes dreams, in the hearts of men. He who tokes dreams, to forge dreams anew. Gazing down at the dreamer stranded in his coils, the Dreamstoker took a puff of his pipe, letting the smoke swirl and shimmer. And then, he leaned in, with what could be a smile, under a moustache made of shadow. "Come sit with me, friend."

Telltale rumblings echoed across the grand halls of the king's castle, every corridor, from his great throne room, to the keeps, to the entrance to his grounds, and to the lands beyond. Those outside the castle walls could well consider it an earthquake... *BOOM* ...though neither volcano nor earthen plate could ever muster the glorious and terrifying spectacle that would follow. With a growl that shook the land, the towering form of the king burst forth from the great walls of his domain, the once-trusted fortifications expectedly proving all too brittle, as a monstrous surge - one in line of surely many to come - struck him, grey brick making way for his golden scales, his mighty shell, his tail thrashing like a beast of its own, and a wild royal beard, not unlike a mane of flames cascading from his regal visage. He took a moment just to regard his surroundings, towering over his once-towering keep, his heart beating furiously, his powerful arms twitching, his very breath filling the air with heat like a hungering forge, all alit with flame and thrumming with barely-restrained power. The flames roiling within him demanded release. And with a radiant flex to shame all others, he acquiesced. His bellowing roar as flames erupted from his maw and arms alike, shining upon his kingdom like three suns in the midnight sky, served as a signal to the realm. The King is now Ascending. And He bears no intent to cease. After all, given how very many gifts of empowerment he was given for His Day of celebration just moments prior... ...it just wouldn't be proper to up and stop there, now, would it? One might wonder how this all came to pass. But the tale of what came before and how, and all that came after, is still being spun. Have a good Day of the King, one and all.

Halls long-abandoned, in the ruins of estates long-forgotten by most, where curious animals, incurious wisps and few others roam... Many rumours form around such places. Some speak of secrets and hauntings, of monsters and beasts, and everything else beyond and between; all tales of a seemingly empty building being, in fact, not-so-empty. Of interest proved to be a set of rumours around one particular estate: some sort of manor or castle of old, its name now unknown, built in an area that has since been long-overgrown by forest. Hidden from prying eyes by leaf, bark and vine, and the darkness therein, one would think the place would be virtually vacant, sans the local fauna. But, the rumours would claim otherwise: a man of towering stature wandering the halls, clad in cloth and hood; claims of a great beast roaming the grounds of the estate with the poise of a gentleman, or of having seen a dragon do very much that. All this, painting an image of wild variety in the cast of those mysterious occupants. Each, a striking lively figure. Yet only ever seen one at a time. And all, curiously, having some things in common, as far as could be ascertained: The shade of two great horns. The glint of golden seams. The light of scarlet jewels. And, for those apparently lucky enough to get a close enough look: a brilliant pair of shadowed eyes, smiling lenses of ruby and violet... Should one happen upon an estate for which such rumours abound, then they have likely found the current residence of one Mr. Seamley. Seamley is an old Mimic! When not mimicking others, his form is reminiscent of a bedsheet ghost, though one of towering stature and implied strong form (if his dimensions and the weight of his footfalls are any indication). His 'bedsheet' is actually several king-size bedsheets sewn together, with seams of gold and studs of ruby (his "Seemingly Seemly Seams"), perfectly conforming to his round, horned and jovial visage and flowing across the rest of his form. Being a mimic -- and one that delights in playing the Bedsheet Ghost routine -- Seamley has a few tricks up his sleeves for whenever he encounters others (or for when he simply does not feel like trudging around the old halls in his boots; some floor boards are plenty iffy after so many years of neglect). For one, he can levitate and fly (and generally disregard gravity), and is remarkably silent when doing so; if he keeps quiet, only the slightest clinking from his seams may be heard. Whenever a new face appears in his place of residence, you can usually find Seamley tailing his visitor around in this manner, hands neatly held behind his back and lazily levitating, studying the new face. To that end, he sometimes chooses to go invisible, as ghosts are wont to do... sort of. Although he does mostly turn invisible, his Seemingly Seemly Seams do not (seams and studs alike; this is believed to be an effect inherent to them), and neither does the shadow of his horns, the glint of his eyes nor his shadowed mouth. As such, were someone to regard him in such a state, they would find a floating array of seams vaguely outlining a looming form capped by a faceless smile, instead of a big bedsheet-clad spectre. Arguably scarier. Seamley is cognizant of that. And, of course, being a Mimic, Seamley can Mimic... sort of! If he regards someone (or something), he can assume their appearance, from gear, to textures and even mannerisms. However, some aspects of his assumed form always give him away: his seams remain harmlessly upon his new form (usually even keeping their positions the same), and his shade-horns and eyes remain unchanged. His scale and physique will also remain unchanged if his object of mimicry is smaller than he is. (This is one of the few ways one can guess at what his actual physique is like: strong, bulky and rather thickset. Though he likes to loom, it is very rare for him to show off his actual build while in Bedsheet mode - he's a tad shy like that).

Base Q is at around 6ft (meaning he is subject to Mt. Avant's excellent loom when on-ground).

Behe is around 19-20 ft and would very much not mind being subject to Mt. Avant's excellent loom.

Comparing heights, of Mt. Avant and forms of Q: Mt. Avant stands at 18 feet of height (19 if including his crest). Base Q stands at around 6 feet or so. Behe Q stands at a bit above 19 feet.

The only difference here is that all stars in the sky are as warm-hued as his meteor and casting circle, as was originally intended; thereby allowing the cyan of his form -- being the only source of blue in the display, to smoothly contrast the warm colours of his surroundings. Chromatics and layers! They are a thing!

So, fun fact about the wizard Q: he (rarely) dabbles in the Art of the Raid Boss, partly as a means to exercise his transformation and enchantment arts, and partly as an excuse to simply assume a different shape. In the spirit of the season, one might find him bolstering his form in scale and power in reverence to those great behemoths, storied in tales spun of crystal. A powerful physique, thrice bolstered... ...savage claws, fit to tear and smother... ...a fearsome tail, to act as weapon and display alike... ...and a behemothian visage, bearing those grand telltale horns and fangs, his eyes underneath his now-bestial mask. His one addition is a taur-modifier, for mobility, strength, and, of course, presentation. In this form, a behemoth of void-black pelt, thrumming with energies arcane, he welcomes would-be challengers and honours them with an arcane spectacle, should they choose to brave it (provided they play nice - he grows delightfully unfair otherwise). (Worth noting that, with the Blue Mountains -and his area therein- being so remote, it is rare that he actually gets to 'fight' anyone like this (the resident godmoth notwithstanding). He welcomes the challenge.) The crown jewel of his arsenal as a behemoth -- and the Enrage he teases throughout his fight-- is, naturally, Meteor; here fashioned as a sphere of celestial energies, bound and jewel-encrusted in an arcane lattice. (It is cast as: Behemothian Arcanum :: Stellated Invocation :: Meteor) As a raid boss, his only hard condition is that his hat is left to be. Those that take it off by accident get one pass. Those that take it off by force get his Enrage: 90 seconds, and Stellated Meteor. (Rumour has it that an overzealous warrior once slugged him hard enough to knock his hat clean off, mid-fight. It is said that the warrior's party had a heck of a time on the return trip, after Q respawned them. Given that they had to get used to being towering behe-taurs themselves, one can probably see why.) The circle that Behe-Q uses to prepare his cast of Stellated Meteor is one of many that Q uses to channel celestial energies in general. This specific display is what one might see, whenever Q channels the energies of the stars in order to infuse a form with the energy of the stars. When channeling for behemothian might (or, more casually, to Behefy a target), a whole Meteor's worth is funneled into the cast, with Q hovering above the arcane array in preparation for the surging form to come. Would-be challengers are actually treated to this display before Q initiates their fight. Observant adventurerers are often quick to identify it as a hint for what can possibly happen when a Stellated Meteor makes contant. The best ones keep that knowledge to themselves before the fight is over. And, with little luck, even get to experience it first-hand. (The main reasons this display exists? -I was personally quite pleased with how the circle turned out and wanted to show it in full display, unobstructed by otherwise-perfectly-fine behe bulk. And, as a natural consequence, it also ended up being a sort of scale reference for that. -I also really liked trying different palettes for it! So, there you have it! Stellated arts in full display!)

"The Sky that Beholds"

Which calls for some #worldbuilding!

Meet Olvus. The sun and sky that hangs above Q's realm, formed of coalescent stardust, he is an integral part of the system formed by the planet, himself and G. (AltText!)

An ordinary day (by given standards) draws to a close upon the Blue Mountains, come sundown. On such occasions, the wizard Q may be found taking in the sights from one of the very many perches and balconies that his tree provides, with views of the mountains stretching far into the horizon being quite common. On one such day, Q, feeling a bit poetic, or romantic, or what-have-you, decided to bid the sun itself a good evening, before it set. And that would be that, normally. Then again, the idea of 'normally' works a tad differently in this realm. The sun heard him. And, as if in reponse, the sky itself cracked open, letting loose a stream of warm and brilliant light to wash over the moutains. Were one able to look at the sun in a comfortable manner, they would fine that the opened sky framed the sun in a manner not unlike a jovial smile; keener observers still would even dare say that the sun itself looked an eye in good spirits. For his part, the wizard doffed his hat to shield his own eyes from the dazzling display, awaiting for the smiling one in the sky to have its fill of mirth. ...a time which arrived quite swiftly, as the sun seemed to realize just how intently its light was cast upon the land. Its smile in the sky grew dimmer -- very much visible but not dazzingly so -- as some semblance of... surprise...?... seemed to appear in its gaze; not unlike when one is caught expressing themselves far more vibrantly than they are known for. A bashfulness of sorts, more than anything. With the light once more under normal conditions for the time of day, the wizard donned his hat once more, saluting the sun for another good day. As has been customary of late. And so, here is Olvus! The Sky who Beholds, the true form of the sun and the sky that hangs above Q's current realm of residence. Formed of celestial energies and coalescent cosmic matter (primarily stardust), he houses within his belly both the planet on which Q lives, and its associated eldritch moon, the one known as 'G'. Olvus is an integral part of the little system he houses, in many ways: -His gaze, with his one great eye, serves as the sun. -His body, glittering and glistening with stardust, serves as both the sky and a breathable atmosphere; his form allows starlight from the outside to filter in, so the heavens at night are more-or-less constant, for the purposes of navigation (though many are content just taking in the glitter of his own stardust). He is also a necessary stability mechanism for this system: -He feeds on stray space debris and outside starlight; he can walk the surface of actual suns to feast on energy, and the world within would be none the wiser. He takes much more easily to energy compared to solid matter, though; meteorites and the like may be able to breach his protective layer. Such instances may either exit him uneventfully, be assimilated, or make landfall on the planet (moonblossoms are one specific instance of this) or on G himself (and thus be devoured... apparently, at least). -He also feeds on the eldritch rays that G himself casts (be they Olvus' reflected light, or G's own influence), preventing them from causing any stray chaos outside of the bounds of Olvus' body. -Ovlus also serves to prevent gravitational collapse. The planet itself is actually *MUCH* more dense than meets the eye; without Olvus, it would collapse in on itself, to the obvious detriment of everyone living on the world, and G and all celestial structures around. For all the things he's necessary for, for his part, Olvus himself is perfectly content to just lazily drift across the comsos and stare at his system all day. It's a peaceful life.
