The writing had been on the wall for awhile now, but the sudden collapse at the end was a bit surprising. I'd been using them for my library less and less as their reliability faltered.
It HAS caused havoc with my normal schedule as I field calls & mtgs with other vendors...

Yep. Navy Federal has provided no interest loans based on pay history, but they can't keep that up forever. I haven't renewed medication, we've canceled appointments, canceled scheduled work on our home, etc....

Apparently to one of my PCM team I have graduated from the universal answer being "You need to lose weight" to "<shrug> You're getting older."
I refuse to see him again. Thanks for completely dismissing EVERYTHING in my medical record and that I just told you, asshole. Waste of $40. 🤬

Gender norms aside, the shoes in ? were glittery strappy things and at the time my kid loved his rain boots and rainbow tie-dye Keen sandals. Having to try to explain nuance and white lies to my poor five year old was not fun.
