this looks very cool, i mean that genuinely, but tbh i bristle a bit seeing "local-first" used as a straw man here. of course if your server is the source of truth you can eliminate a lot of local-first complexity — the entire point of that complexity is to avoid a server-authoritative architecture!
I've built a new library that provides a local-first like experience but without the complexity. Count Cachula takes a different approach; it uses the Cache API, the stale-while-revalidate pattern, server-sent events and cache tags to give you the same full-sync experience.

If you’re using venmo, I’d recommend updating the app, going to settings - privacy - find me, and turning off this exciting new feature (that lets anyone find your profile by phone number)
I’d also recommend setting the app to Private (aka not publicize transactions) by default…

As a restaurant owner - I'm astounded at the rate of progress since microwaves were released a few short years ago. Today's microwave can cook a frozen burrito. Tomorrow's microwave will be able to cook an entire Thanksgiving Dinner. Ten years from now a microwave may even be able to run the country. Recently I was watching a livestream of a local microwave salesman.
