as a by luffy player myself yeah the enel matchup is tough (for both players.) i feel like its 60-40 in luffy favor

trust me. i started trying teach the other day and its hard at first but u can eventually get it. dont use leader ability until 6-7 don and you'll have more cards. and really try to limit them to ONE body on board so when u drop 10c blackbeard u can negate it
