SICK throw but I'm also quite impressed at Ward's economy of movement. Doesn't get any deeper than he needs to in order to escape the pocket, immediately climbs once he's outside the tackle box to go make this throw. it's the little things with Ward that keep me intrigued

imagine if Edgerrin Cooper (56) stepped to Damien Lewis with some force -- doubt Dowdle finds a way to squeeze out 7 yards the way he does here

when I harp on LBs needing to "take back space" from the OL vs the run, moments like this are why it matters.
Dowdle wouldn't be able to maneuver back to the inside as cleanly if Quay Walker (7) rocked the OL instead of kinda catching the block

LOVED this play in coverage too ... the deep over/stop is supposed to tie Hufanga down, but he feels the post coming and speed turns out of there to make a play on the ball. Fantastic awareness
