On Easter Monday, I made it to the Roihuvuori to check on the cherry blossoms after seeing other posts online. Also, I finally remembered to check *before* the Hanami festival is organized since it's impossible to predict peak bloom conditions.

Only a small number of blossoms on one tree so far.

A recent photo on my morning walk to work. It's about 25 minutes to sunrise on a partly cloudy December morning.

jfc, this total screen takeover was jarring. One minute I'm browsing my Bluesky feed then bam, just this. This kind of "no escape" takeover is what gets people to click things they may not prefer to click on.

Rain soaked leaves covering a sidewalk, from a lunchtime walk about a month ago. There is snow on the ground now, but I'm still trying to enjoy some of my autumn photos.

Also when looking at a single reply post and seeing that it's the end of the thread, "More replies to {parent}" is more prominent than the empty "Replies" heading. I find this confusing and a tryhard attempt at pushing engagement.
