I love to watch the squirrels out my windows sometimes. If they're happy they'll do the same "binkies" that rabbits do where they literally jump for joy.

I love having a therapist who's younger and is in similar circles as I am bc it just helps so much with their understanding of what I say
I brought up Bloom by Doechii and we had such a great session around those feelings, and them already being a fan of her helped us just jump right in to it
