So we're the SDP40s and to a lesser extent the F40PHs, its more interesting when they drop the dress code, also one of the first 6 axles back in passenger service since the SDP40s.

I think its a good way to get into the habit of it, I struggled for years basically yelling all the time because workplaces often demanded I yell or talk loudly to be heard over machinery. Its taken a good few years to quieten down and I still have moments where I catch myself being too loud.
