Want to know what goes through the mind of someone with MDD? Thoughts of that I'm a failure, that I'm not worthy of love, that I'm a fraud, of never being enough and being too much, that I'm a burden. And even though I don't believe these thoughts, the constant bombardment of them is hard to handle.

Life update y'all, so yesterday I finally had my surgery on my left ankle that got injured back in June. The surgery went well it's just as they were removing my breathing tube, I aspirated and ended up getting some stomach acid in my lungs. So as a precaution they had me stay overnight. (1/2)

Well surgery tomorrow got pushed back, and instead of arriving at 4am, I now get to arrive at 9:30am

So currently I'm at 206lbs, from a combination of stress and physical therapy, I have lost basically 20lbs. Though once I recover from my upcoming surgery I plan to start going to the gym. My current goal is to get down to 180lbs, then once I get to that, my next goal after that is 160lbs.

Got to have a quick in-person hypno session with @musclepupapollo.bsky.social this weekend. Had great time, was able to go under really well. Last little bit of fun for me before I go into surgery this Wednesday for my ankle. I look forward to listening to his files while I rest and recover.

I have been recommended for surgery. September 24th will be my surgery date. It also will not be an ankle arthroscopy as I was led to believe. They will be opening up the side of my foot.

Being a single stray pup is agonizing, especially since I've been one for a while. Was in consideration for a few months, but we realized we weren't right for each other. But I don't want to be chasing or be scooped up by a collector handing out collars like candy.

I hate my rejection sensitivity dysphoria, I just want to be able to approach a Dom and be able to ask them about possibly entering a dynamic without nearly having a panic attack thinking about if they say no.

Sorry that I've been MIA for a bit. Had a house fall on me. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries outside of a complete dislocation of my left ankle. I see ortho tomorrow, so I'll know if I'm going to need surgery or not, as from the initial CT scan, there is a suspected ruptured tendon.
