Overrated, let's be honest
My great grandparents spoke German, but both stopped speaking it in the 40s. Everyone after them spoke English only. I understand why, but it still makes me sad

I just need to be able to pay my rent next month and get KitKat registered in hockey, and to buy groceries. And then I'm (currently scheduled to be) back to work the third week of September.

Honestly I feel better rested and more centred today than I've felt in literal years, and I've only had three sessions so far.

I'm actually really hopeful that this is going to let me live my life and enjoy it, instead of just sleeping it away

I think it might even be working, which would be a nice change from the last thousand antidepressants I've tried. Like I have a budding desire to do something more than sleep
