NVidia still seems like a safe bet to me. Beyond that, so much of AI still looks like computations that can or will be done for free on consumer hardware because our idea of what counts as a cheap computation is constantly changing.

If only we had an alternative to cable TV. Some kind of vast decentralized network where we can send videos, audio, and text to each other. With something like that, the FCC wouldn't matter. Oh well.

Not great circumstances but we need talent moving off of the outdated medium that is cable TV. He'll work out a digital content deal, probably increasing his presence on Youtube, podcasts, and maybe some partner platform. It'll be better for him in the long run, bringing him to modern times.

They are winning in AI hardware for consumers. The unified memory architecture makes it the only practical way to run models on the larger side. They need good base models in order to make super-intelligent Siri, but 🤷♂️ nobody is really clamoring for it. Let the research advance.

None of the other parties are run by a cult personality. Now we have two cult personalities in Trump and Elon. There's no comparison with other third parties. I think it's a smart move for Elon. The two will need to cooperate to be viable.
