Hey...some folk are just hard wired for " neatly organized". I'm anything but! The only real dishwasher rule in our house...small sharp knives go in the front silverware bin...so I dont grab a handful of the other "mixed silverware" and cut myself. (Some rules come from bad experiences!)

cook from longest to shortest: stock, dressing (final prep) turkey, potatoes, gravy, vegetables. Put the hours down next to them, including prep time. Figure what time you want dinner served: if 5pm and turkey will take 4 hours hours to prep and cook, you need to have the dressing made by

Not if you "back plan it": make a chart of all dishes...sort it by a) what you can make and prep the day before ( eg Pie ✅️, cranberry sauce ✅️, flavored butter to baste with✅️; cut up dressing components ✅️; yam casserole ✅️. Get as much as you can done the day or 2 before!

Well...part of that may be Sundowning/ restlessness.: he frequently tweets at 3am...so its obvious he's not getting enough sleep!! Also have wondered about his eyesight: often doesn't "see/ identify" people standing nearby...
