Anna's Archive is a bit finicky too, not all download mirrors are working from my experience. But it could just be the specific publications I was trying to access

Yeah completely agree. Especially if she thinks she might run for president in the future. Besides, this is more of an internal constitutional issue than a foreign policy one.

Anything replacing "Third Way" political consultancy for Dems would be a massive win. "Third Way" consultants have been recommending Dems to move right since Clinton. Every time Dems lose, "Third Way" tells Dems to reject left policy in favor of right wing policy. Losing strategy.
