I was in an interactive art installation earlier with my eldest son and some families and groups had trouble taking a group pic so I offered to take their pictures. Someone was kind enough to offer me the same assistance. It was a very nice afternoon.🥰 I am super grateful.

I was proctoring a midterm exam when this tent was being set up downstairs. It was a hit with my boys.🥹🥰 And it was cozy enough inside; I see myself reading lots of books here in the near future.

I finally found a way to make it to the bathroom from my bed without writhing in pain each step for both feet! I use my arms (like in a tricep dip!) to transfer myself from one chair to another until I reach the bathroom door! 🥰 I feel so accomplished!

Go for it. Totally. It’s empowering. Took me a while to warm up to the camera but I had some 75 photos and to this day, this one’s my favorite.

Freak accident sliding down the stairs while wearing 3-inch heels.☠️ Cannot walk for now, but at least no fracture and no toxic work-related drama during my 72-hour mandatory bed rest. And I can go read something fun and eat comfort food.🥰

Ditching the white meat being the last stage,hopefully full vegan by 2024.Greek yogurt with chia and nutritional yeast, carrots with vegan mayo spread, garnished with a bit of Pinoy atchara (made of papaya). Rice-free for almost 4 months now, and enrolled in a Precision Nutrition program. Peak Tita.

It’s been 9 years of religiously answering the annual 10 questions habit from 10Q and it’s so nice to see how my answers evolve yearly (or stay the same, indicating patterns of behavior). It’s become an annual tradition for me to answer this honestly year on year before the answer vault closes.
