My (very old) TV died over the Summer and so we've been deprived of our much cherished Film Night. But, now with a new tell, we're Back with an Italian Years of Lead classic, Sbatti il Mostro in Prima Pagina or: Slap the Monster on Page One!

9 years ago today the newly formed Psychedelic Detective Agency travelled to Kathmandu for the Ritual at the End of the World...and they were never the same again. To this day those events continue to baffle and enlighten.

I've been thinking about these 4 extraordinary gentlemen lately, and their strange experiences in the 70's. There appears to be some tangible truth to it all that is just out of my grasp.

New @johnhiggs.bsky.social News. A Lynch book! I actually sent him a DM at the very beginning of the year asking if anything of the sort was in the works (he was dropping some Lynch hints online) and he Lied to me! Fair enough. Anyway Higgs goes Lynchian. 👍

Calling all Bob Wilson Heads! I got this book 2nd hand yesterday. It's the 2nd (1992) Edition and is advertised as having a new Intro by Tim Leary...but there isn't one! Checked the Page count and it's all fine. Anyone know what the deal is?

I've been a fan of Kafka since I was about 15, but visiting the Kafka Museum in Prague last week really made me appreciate the man so much more. A true Hero for those stuck in a hideous 9 to 5 grind who just want to create. Legend.

Towards the end they extol the virtues of Robert Anton Wilson's Everything Is Under Control, which is Brilliant. One of the best books to open at a random page and just read. Has barely left my side since I got it at the beginning of the year.
