AI Hallucination has been a real problem, it's quite well-known for those who develop the technology but it's not really talked about in the general public. Making it absolutely problematic when you see more and more people, especially teenagers using AI as an alternative to therapy

I'm with you 100%, I've already talked to the founders of apps who use AI for therapy or companionship. But it is a lot more complicated than that - because at the end of the day, it's more a symptom of how people feel more disconnected with each other.

HCAI principles would be such a big improvement. But it's true, having startup experience, it seems so hard to push something if it's not directly tied KPI.
