I’ve been working on a tool that makes competitive positioning easy for you.

What it does
1. Lists the five competitors that actually matter.
2. Emphasize your values
3. Find the gap you can own

I asked Gen Z one simple question:
Why did you stop using Google?

“F #Google.”
#Bing has #ChatGPT.”
“I just use #Reddit or TikTok now.”

It reveals a deeper shift:
People expect more than search results. They also want platforms that align with their values, authenticity, & community.

There is a quiet yet disturbing trend happening around how people are using AI. #HBR even place Therapy as #1 unexpected use of ChatGPT
I honestly believe AI chatbot companions/friends should be banned because the only thing they will give us is a new mental health epidemic.

More people are jumping between platforms to get answers. They are seamlessly transitioning between Google, ChatGPT, Reddit and TikTok. It just depends on what gets them there the fastest & most convenient way. Google is becoming just one of the many options.

1 in 4 Americans would switch doctors if they don’t use AI. Wild, right?

But here’s the thing:
AI also hallucinates...and it learns from biased data.

How LLMs could harm real patients
Racial bias in pulse oximeters
What public trust in AI is really built on

Did you know AI learns how to sound human from Reddit posts?

Here’s how ChatGPT picked up empathy, support, and emotional language from upvoted Reddit threads and why that matters.

This isn’t just tech, it’s how we’re shaping AI behavior without even knowing it.

We’ve been forming emotional bonds with machines since the 60s. ELIZA didn’t understand language...yet people still trusted it.

Today? We’re doing the same with ChatGPT.
But AI doesn’t understand you. It just predicts.

So why does it feel so real?

Would you rather talk to AI than a therapist?

1 in 4 Americans say yes.

AI isn’t just being used as a tool, it’s being seen as a listener. And in some cases, a more empathetic one than humans.

I explore why so many people are pouring their hearts out to language models like ChatGPT.

Why does ChatGPT give you a different answer than me... even with the same question?

Let’s break down AI memory, context windows, and how language models like GPT-4 make you feel heard. Is it real or just next-word prediction?

AI doesn’t just pass the Turing Test
It holds conversations, remembers what you like, and mirrors your emotions. In just a few years, we’ve gone from clunky Facebook bots to AI that feels almost human.

How do we feel about this development?

Why people are moving away from Google
How AI is changing search behavior
Why it matters: It’s about replacing how we interact with information.
What Gen Z is teaching us:

With my ongoing obsession to understand social behaviour and technology.

I wanted to explore the AI mechanics: memory through context window. This alone makes it feel like ChatGPT remembers our preferences and who we are.

What do you think about that?

Science fiction.

It’s a genre that arguably propelled us forward to have the technologies we have today.

Now, what happens when those technologies... just lie sometimes?

This article is right about just that: https://shorturl.at/sDfaR

Just reflecting on the past few weeks, I've been learning more about AI. And through this process, I've also been trying to share what I've learned so far.

Sometimes it helps to pause and appreciate how far AI has come. I created this visual timeline captures just how far AI has come.

Gen Z isn’t Googling anymore.
They’re using ChatGPT, TikTok, and Instagram to search.
As a millennial, this blew my mind.
So I asked: why?

There's a growing trend of users who are shifting away from Google towards using ChatGPT, TikTok, Instagram, and even Youtube to find information or answers to their questions.

This is especially true for the younger generations.

What do you think?
