It's a typo, there's an extraneous "to" in that end part there.

The Knight and the Butcherbird by Alix E. Harrow

A short story, it's a post-apocalyptic rural fantasy love story (but not a romance) tragedy, of a sort. I really enjoyed it.

CW: body horror, violent death, disease, starvation, monsters (of a sort)

Read through Amazon Prime (exclusive).

Strange Academy: First Class by Skottie Young, et al

A comic that looked interesting that I didn't pick up while it was out. Doctor Strange and most of the magic-related characters of the Marvel Universe set up a school for up-and-coming young mages (and monsters). Fun but not a full story.

A Gathering of Shadows by V.E. Schwab
Shades of Magic #2

Not as strong as the 1st book, which could have been left to stand alone, and requires the 3rd book to complete its story. I did enjoy the series as the author explored her Londons and the relationship of magic in those realities. Libby

This is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone

The story is as fascinating as the writing process. It is surreal and romantic and timey-wimey. Took me two attempts to get through because I couldn't finish it the first time in the two-week loan I had from Libby. Long waits.

The Avengers' Quinjet, the Fantasticar, the X-Men's Blackbird...

Maybe after we get the Mystery Machine, they can go full Wacky Races.
