(about an hour earlier, i was caught in a torrential rain storm and my clothes and shoes were soaked.. so i took off my shoes and put on my Bata slippers… with my socks on… to dry off)

They’re silly ice breakers to make the meetings a tad less prescriptive. I often provide the questions but this time my lab manager pipes up and says “I have a QOTD!” … it not out the ordinary for others to suggest them so, i roll with it.
