Similar. ~300° for about 3 hours. “Brisket” wrapped at 160°. Done at 205°. Burnt ends cooked until probe tender. Threw them in that pan w some butter, brown sugar, blues hog sauce and back in for 30 mins.

Solid thread. I threw down on some pork belly on Sunday. My first time cooking it. Did half of it as burnt ends. Did the other half brisket style. So, so good!

Every filter now requires a paid subscription. Used to only be certain filters. Used to be able to view info by aircraft type, or airport incoming/outgoing, etc. Looks like those are now relegated to subscription tiers.
