Railroad signals and other train stuff! Twitter Refugee. New Jersey Proud. Ask about my Christmas week SEPTA Trip.

I don't work for a railroad (many friends do), but at low traffic densities and high labor costs, diesel is cheaper.

BNSF was quite clear that their crossover point for main line electrification was a diesel fuel cost of $6-7/gal in today's dollars.

Or not count Country as music.

Could have fooled me.

They'd need to import Indians to maintain the wires to achieve costs lower than just using diesel.

He's not "too online", he's "professionally online". It's all engagement farming. It's why he's still on twitter despite complaining about how bad the environment has gotten. When someone's income depends on attention it leads to a certain type of behavior.

For 90% of people the best advice is getting a Vanguard fund.

Stocks can be gambling, especially with day trading.

Stocks have all public and some non-private information baked into the price. For example that price can include a 40% chance of bankruptcy or a 60% chance of being bought by Google. Getting he buyout is just winning an informed bet.

Or... James Bond is a time lord and unite Britain's two best franchises.

It's best to find the things you're naturally good at. Otherwise it's like driving on a highway in first gear.

I have to say the ID checks are impacting my user experience.

Seems to me the electorial results and public opinion favor their strategy.

At a certain point the government shutdown will flush out a lot of government workers without Trump needing to fire them. That's carrying GOP water.

Milkmen were a thing.

Silent films had live orchestras.

Etc.

Services were cheaper in comparison.
