And it has been there forever as far as I can remember. Looking it up... While the current barge only dates back to 2009, the immediate predecessor goes back to Standard Oil in 1959, later becoming a Chevron rig. The original rig was from 1936. montecristomagazine.com/community/co...

I got tired of trying to help the 3 inches of topsoil the builder put on top of the fill dirt and just planted clover last year. I tilled my whole lawn and added a bunch of peat and compost ~10 years ago and while that helped, it only lasts so long.
