Hi Guys,
Why do you think the following players are overlooked this season so far: Nwaneri, White and Norgaard
Personally I’m afraid that if we don’t let Norgaard adapt now, we might get into an uncomfortable situation later in the season.

We conceded due to losing an 50/50. You cannot have Merino everywhere on the pitch, this helps us marginally but the main objective of a game is to create goalscoring opportunities.

Rice needs two progressive and creative passers in midfield next to him, otherwise it’s just not working.

Last 2 years we played Zinchenko, Calafiori, MLS, Tierney, Kiwior, sometimes Timber, Tomiyasu there. Now we sign a 8th player. I mean, the running joke is on point, isnt it?

We seem nervous, both on and off the ball, hopefully it can be corrected at half time.

What a non issue

Thank you @arseblog.com for being so morally impeccable and clear on what has been a terrible reflection on the club we love.
Why the contract extention was even considered is so frustrating….

That’s also true, I accept that.

I’m just being realistic, there is rarely smoke without fire in these incidents - not many women would like to go through these terrible accusations/attacks amd then face top level lawyers just to lie about a powerful and wealthy man.
July 4, 2025 at 3:22 PM
Difficult one, I think even Ronaldo and van Persie had accusations but Partey’s always looked valid unfortunately.

Google has the answer for you.
July 4, 2025 at 3:09 PM
We all saw the ‘messages’ and it’s not a nice look unfortunately, regardless of how good his lawyers are.
July 4, 2025 at 3:01 PM
I doubt that tbh.
July 4, 2025 at 2:57 PM
We all saw those messages…. It had substance obviously.

100% agreed

So happy for you James! Must have been a night to remember.

I’m so happy for you Andrew, decades of great work appreaciated! @arseblog.com

Teams do have an option to sell players who don’t want to renew, or give 10 year contracts to players.
May 12, 2025 at 12:36 PM
We did compete with the best this season, ffs we beat Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.
May 8, 2025 at 10:38 PM
I don’t understand why we didn’t give Nwaneri a chance for 10-20 minutes.
May 8, 2025 at 2:47 PM
The sad truth is that you could have copy-pasted the verdict from last season’s summary. Arteta is a very intelligent person but set piece heroics aside he doesn’t seem to do enough to improve our attacks. And yes we miss 2 attackers, but it’s not like we didn’t suffer with them in the team as well.
May 4, 2025 at 5:39 PM
He has been terrible recently, often it feels like he is so coached into the system he cannot have one real creative moment where he pulls a clever unexpected pass, or run behind, run with the ball.
April 29, 2025 at 10:08 PM
It does feel a bit dishonest from somebody like Odegaard who has been hiding all season (regardless of the injury), but it is a semi-final. Not a weekly game against Fulham. It IS PSG, they do need extra support.
April 29, 2025 at 9:59 PM
Agreed, its a modern greedy owner issue unfortunately, and in no way did I attempt to criticise your personal support, but my feeling is that generally the atmosphere in a game like this should be more forgiving the players. We were clearly missing a midfield general, but it is what it is.
April 29, 2025 at 9:56 PM
I did not twist it, and I don’t even talk about you personally, because it’s a general thing since ultras were priced/forced out of PL stadiums. I know you would expect the players to show balls, but what if they just need 45 mins of electric atmosphere to get into the game?
