buddy of mine who works as a trauma nurse and has treated gunshot victims tells me that it looks to him that Mr. Kirk was wearing concealed steel plate armor and the neck wound was caused by spalling (which is known to happen when AR500 steel is hit by bullets)

Will, this has *always* been the case. The truth has always played second fiddle to the maintenance of order, and we have an independent and adversarial judicial process as the check on this impulse
