Wow!! I'm shocked you remembered after like three years. I don't know if that thread still exists anywhere or not. But the underlying idea is that 1) people love stickers and recognition and 2) use something that also allows your personality to come through. It makes you relatable.

What do they think they're accomplishing? Our admins like to have us go to thinly-veiled PR events where they bombard us with data about how great things are (and then explain why we still can't have nice things).

It's just...every time I have a real conversation with a woman about experiences at work, on the street, at shows, at parks, on trains, online, etc. etc., I realize anew that it's way, way worse than I thought it was.
Don't just "believe" women. Put a thumb on the scale every time a woman talks.
