Making an official thread of people being denied life saving procedures, medication, etc due to abortion bans and anti choice legislation.

I will be including screenshots from everything I share along with the link of the source.

Feel free to add your stories or what you find!
Client: Hey, I need to meet with you. I’m out of town until Tuesday.

Me: How about Thursday?

Client: I’m unavailable Wednesday and Thursday

Me: Okay, when are you available?

Client: I can’t meet until two weeks from now

If antis cared for life, they would be pro choice.

This contradicts the idea that people always regret their abortion. As we already know, the vast majority of people who obtain abortions don't regret it.

There’s not enough data out there about abortions past 20 weeks to make the claim that abortions at that point aren’t usually medically necessary. And just because something is elective does not mean it isn’t medically necessary

Tokophobia is very real and people who have it deserve to have options too.

On today’s episode of dumb shit anti choicers say 😂

Apparently abortion doesn't end a pregnancy, so anyone who had an abortion is actually still pregnant. Or were they never pregnant to begin with?

For one thing,

they help people who were in my spring 2015 situation

(abnormal Pap smear result;

colposcopy/biopsy that yielded high-grade precancerous lab results;

LEEP, loop electrosurgical excision procedure to remove said cervical tissue)!

70% of sexually active USA adults carry HPV!
People love to pretend PP does nothing except abortions. In fact, the vast majority of their business isn’t abortion. And they have and support programs that actually help people. Maybe antis should take some notes.

Planned Parenthood actually does what anti-abortion folks THINK their fake crisis clinics (who get millions in tax dollars and don’t have to follow HIPAA) do. Plus, most of what PP does is preventive care and even some acute care, which helps take the burden off ERs.

It’s important to let people make their own decisions. They’re much less likely to regret it if they’re the one making their decision.

Reasons anti choicers don’t currently adopt or foster a child:

Not ready to have a kid
Can’t afford a kid
Too busy
Mental health
Already have kids to take care of
Want to focus on their career
Want to finish school
Not mature enough yet
Current trauma/abuse
So many more reasons

Sound familiar?

Sorry I’ve been absent the last several days, but I hope y’all had a great Thanksgiving. I’m so thankful that most doctors listen to the facts

Pregnancy now causes you to lose rights according to anti choicers.

Also, I miss Tobey. I hope they’re doing well wherever they are ♥️

One huge distinction between pro choicers and anti choicers. One cares about you, the other cares about the choice they want.

Currently rewatching Criminal Minds (can we take a moment to appreciate Matthew Gray Gubler?) and just found the fakest thing they ever did/said:

When talking about conversion therapy for homosexuality “No religion would support that. Not even those against homosexuality would ever cross that line”

Continuing pregnancy isn’t as easy as anti choicers make it out to be. And if you think it is, congratulations, you’re privileged!

I remember being baffled by the "controversy" over the HPV vaccine, and then I read an article where a "Christian" explained they didn't want anything that would reduce the risks/consequences of sex (for girls and women, of course). They would rather their daughters get cancer & keep them afraid. 1/

This novel of hate & bigotry is nothing more than the product of ignorance run rampant.

No one commits to having children upon acquiring a marriage license, that plays no role in aquiring a marriage license. Her post is about nothing other than her atempt to justify her bigotry.

True story:

Several times I have been at concerts and sporting events when the line for the women’s restroom was 40-50 people long.

Many of us “ladies” decided to use the men’s restroom instead.

You know why?

Because we had to pee. No fucks about our genitalia.
