On the right are the December 2025 rates compared to January 2026 without the subsidies democrats are fighting for. Oscar’s rates go from about $774 to $1870 per month. Anthem BCBS’s go from $1019 to $1975 per month. Ambetter Peach State HP’s go from $1026 to $2304 per month.

STATEMENT: attributable to an ICE spokesperson Barbara Mariana Gomes Marques, 37, is an illegal alien from Brazil, who is not in possession of valid immigration documents allowing her to be or remain in the United States legally. ICE officers in Los Angeles arrested her Sept. 16, following a referral from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Marques overstayed her visa issued when she first entered the U.S. March 14, 2018, and on Nov. 21, 2019, an immigration judge ordered Marques removed in absentia to Brazil. She will remain in ICE custody until she is returned home. Aliens residing in the United States illegally are encouraged to self-deport. Tools such as the CBP Home app are available to support the self-deportation process. Illegal aliens now face a very real and imminent possibility that they will be encountered, arrested, and removed by ICE under a renewed commitment to law and order led by President Trump and Secretary Noem.
