I now understand phase modulation a bit better, and it's very cool.

I was sitting on this chord progression for over a year, waiting for the right song, and here it is in a proper danceable track

I released my debut album a little over two months ago, and I'm so close to finishing the next one. All the work I've been putting in is paying off with some music I'm really digging.

I like this sentiment, I usually sub out phase for timbre

when you change the cutoff you change where to crossover between narrow low frequencies and wide high frequencies
manipulating the stereo image of a sample is so fun. there’s simple things like isolating sounds but I like inverting L or R because you can get this really odd sounding space. what I’m working on now inverts L boosts the sides then high passes L then lowers the sides back down. it sounds incredible

If I do my work now I can climb later but I’d rather climb now and put my work off till the last minute

Would a species capable of technology that breaks our understanding of physics also have better ethics, or does advanced tech not guarantee moral progress? Kaylon or not Kaylon?

using the web midi api is not as difficult as I was expecting. I’ve got midi data going from javascript into rnbo. I’m going to add cc mapping next
