There is something evilly genius about those circles, and how they are constructed in a way that you can’t game the system. The way to get them all consistently, is to be active all day long. A mix of standing, moving, and activity bursts that works better than just counting steps.

It's amazing how such an old and dusty Mac app can be so effective in keeping you away from doomscroll black holes. It does so well, because it blocks them at the system's hosts level.
