We have a fake tree. Needed to be fake when we lived in an apartment and I like reusing the same one each year. This tree is almost 20 years old, I had to replace the lights last year for the first time.

I don’t love it but my kids do and they have been excited telling me the daily countdown, wondering what kind of advent calendar she’s going to bring this year.

I did Costco at 8:45am and finished at Superstore at 9:30am.

During our discussion C asked me if I had Snapchat and I told her no because I talk to my friends and family via text and messenger.
She was like, but do you have a custom avatar?? 😂
And I told her no, I don’t need an avatar 😂

My 9yo asked for Snapchat recently. I said no because she’s 9. I told her we could discuss it again at 13 😂.

The last time I had strep I didn’t even think it was strep because it felt so minor compared to my other times with strep.
I felt silly going to get the test and apologized to the pharmacist.
Then it popped a positive and I was like, oh. 😂
