Not a law school grad, but ashamed my University alma mater is not on this list of signees. But then again, they still have Amy Wax on faculty, so not surprised.
Notably missing: Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia. Kind of mindblowing to me given what the substance of this letter is: "government should not retaliate against law firms"
Dean Chemerinsky and other #lawschool deans "speak as legal educators, responsible for training the next generation of lawyers, in condemning any government efforts to punish lawyers or their firms based on the identity of their clients or for their zealous lawful and ethical advocacy."

Completely infuriating on its merits, but also, @washingtonpost.com, can't you find a better way of framing this than inadvertently (I hope, but can't be sure) saying that the information was there because of DEI policies? These are war heroes, ya know.
