💯💯 I’ve heard a few ppl defend Biden bc it was wrapped in an aid bill but a TikTok ban had bipartisan support! Our entire government was aligned at stripping the voices away from half of our country

Trump wouldn’t be able to do this stunt if the Democrats didn’t overwhelmingly vote for and sign the TikTok ban into law

After 4 years of ambiguity (pushing and pulling) about where we are going as a country, at least we have an answer. It's a destructive, myopic, foolish answer. But it's an answer. Clarity. And in that vacuum, an enormous need for voices of empathy, help, support, safety. That is what I'll attempt.
