My other WIPs (works in progress) for the week. I am struggling with the Studio Ansitru “I Persist” but herring the hang of the stitching pages and not jumping around like usual.

Week 10 of @peppermintpurple.bsky.social 2025 SAL is done. So much work still left on the Centre Stage floral blackwork but I am happy I am able to keep up with the weekly fills! On 20ct BeStitchMe Avocado. I need to have my hand slapped if ever I try blackstitch on anything other than 28 ct linen.

This crazy cat spends all day stalking leaves & dry grass blowing around outside. For the first 6 years of his life he never saw ground floor views. Last summer he discovered the great outdoors. Once the rabbits & other REAL critters start to frequent the yard I am sure he will ignore the leaves.

Started this cross-stitch last night. It is a Studio Ansitru design. The description lists all the meaning for the plants and gems in the piece, which I will make sure to include on the back of the frame. Working on 20 ct aida from Atomic Ranch Fabrics.

Working on more of my @peppermintpurple.bsky.social stitch-along and even though I made a big (to me) mistake I am going to keep going. This is in thanks to the support on Meta and this is why it is hard to delete the apps.

I haven’t done much blackwork, I’m a cross-stitcher by nature, but really enjoying the Peppermint Purple SAL this year. Still haven’t finish the frames and the inner floral AND the outer floral border but week 4 (lower right) is done.

I have one like that! I started this for my daughter in 1987. It is all but backstitch and I keep putting it off. Funny thing, the sampler name is Meredith and, without ever having seen this stitch, my daughter named her daughter Meredith!

I am home, rare sick day, and one of my cats is very confused. He thinks it is dinner time. It is not. It is only 3:30. Dinner is at 6. He is going to try to guilt trip me for hours.

Just moved into new apartment and one of the first things I did was set up a jigsaw puzzle area. Super excited to have natural light.

Others have commented you might want to hold onto the feel good part, and I agree. But I also wanted you to see the post that is right after yours in my feed 😀
