Today, Cllr Darren Sanders got Portsmouth's taxi licensing team to work out how to get all taxis and private hire vehicles on Portsmouth's roads to abide by the city's tough rules.

81 years ago today, the heroes of D-Day showed extraordinary bravery and sacrifice. We're proud of the role our city played in D-Day and the hospitality residents of Portsmouth showed to those going to fight.

Every year Portsmouth @libdems.org.uk are pleased to buy Easter eggs for disadvantaged people in our city. This year we've shared over 350 eggs with people in our city with the support of The Lifehouse, HUSH, City Life, North End Baptist Church, St Jude's, and other community organisations
