despite the extreme poverty and worldwide extermination threats. however, this is related in part to a situation that even rocky horror was unable to breach in its loosen-up quotes: the figure of the straight man still considers the mere thought of being 'gayer or more female' tantamount to suicide

gays and girls in the 2020s are mostly the ones mainstreaming theatricality & sexual expressiveness in art, music, & performance, still. actually, today, the figure of the trans woman artist or musician or actress is often now a more recognized nexus point in cultural production, diffusion, & taste

I just want to remind everyone that King Charles removed the royal title of his brother because of his association with Epstein.

America however continues to support their cosplay King.

watched apollo 13 tonight on laserdisc and the disc was slightly warped, meaning the picture was glitching out a little right at the climax; they're in the LEM trying to figure out the power on procedure for the command module and everything is going wild on screen, it adds a lot to the experience??

This thread is helping restore my sanity a touch right now which is sorely needed
Folks, we need to have a little Civics #101 chat, because apparently the media no longer seems fit to explain to you whats happening.

So quick review:

The House passed a clean CR.

The senate has not passed anything.

Gonna say something controversial and that's that I don't think we need to really worry that much about "messaging" for any election until 2030 and 2032
we may not need visionary for 2026 - speaking to normie american's concerns is probably good enough. we'll need it in 2028 and we'll really, really need it in the cycles that follow if we win
seeing a lot of messaging of basically this form which I will describe as "what is the minimum position we all agree on that we can portray Rs as disagreeing with"

I'm not sure it's bad, it's how we got to ACA subsidies as the shutdown ask and that's going ok, but visionary it ain't

It got drowned out in all the good news from last night, but Boston Mayor Michelle Wu became the youngest person to be reelected in the city's history.

She ran unopposed because her opponent--Patriots owner Bob Kraft's son--withdrew a few months ago after realizing he had no hope of winning.

It didn't matter.

a Major Referendum on his 2nd Term.

Turns out folks prefer feeding the hungry over building expen$ive, tacky Ballrooms.

Looking forward to the midterms... 🌊

One of the most underrated shows. There aren't all that many American animated sitcoms about just living in the city in your 20s. I'm sad they couldn't get the new one off the ground
