My understanding is that big elite-making projects that were heavily biased towards the top have now been spread out to the entire sector, including vocational colleges. Not sure how much experience you have with them, but they have become quite nice with new tech/ programs in recent years.

I don't doubt I'm getting a kind of rose colored glasses from the PR campaign. Vibes isn't enough though, so now we'll have to see what happens in the sector over the next few years.

wow, never even occurred to me that this could be a thing. But now I can totally see it. Honestly think the entire publishing/ peer review/academia must have a total reckoning with all of this.

Speed regulations like that matter a lot less than the design of streets. But still welcomed.
