I'm gonna be thinking about Chelnov for a while, it's honestly super visually striking (Chelnov himself being so small helps?)
Chelnov crosses a bridge, with purple humanoid figures dotting a pitch-black background. Below him, a long-necked dinosaur wearing a metal helmet rises through a fiery pit. A couple flying enemies are on the right holding power-ups. Chelnov runs through the darkness, getting closer to the reddish-purple figures. Despite the clearer look, it's still kinda hard to tell what they are, but they do have sickly yellow veins running across their arms and legs. On the right, a lighter purple ant-like creature with a shield runs towards our hero. Chelnov fights a giant Dogu in an underground facility. The walls are bolted together, with dotted with patches of deep rust. There's a couple dark blue platforms on the side of the room and two torches (one of which has been put out, they give you items). Chelnov runs outside the big city. There's nothing but skyscrapers, deep blue water, and red scaffolding that serves as a platform. The sky is a dim red.

gotta test it more but anti-balloon OS seems promising. game has a consistent window of 11 frames between last direction + button press so you can 214~236K to get a Wheel Kick on either side
