Its the first series I drop this season because instead of being cute bowling anime its instead trying to be Zenshu 2.0 and Zenshu is fine but I dont need to watch something like that again

I watch Nichijou for the first time and damn its now in my top 10 comedy so series like that but with older cast and NARRATIVE?! Im all for it

I feel the opposite I been really enjoying this season and exploring new series I was never expecting to like as much. It might be a bit because I like cdgt and anime originals and this season has alot of bangers of those categories

At least to give Game Awards credit they dont entirely relay on gaming fanbase for its awards (with the exception of fan award category)

Tbf the first thing could just be different translators for the English story but even as someone who never played the original game I could tell there are some cut content. I could tell these where supposed to be bosses but instead you had to fight these annoying key chain enemies for most of it.

The events arent to much tio write home about either tho most them so far are just adaptations to drama cd and older Magia Record events so I will give them pass for now and wont fully judge until we finally get the "what if" stories they where promoting

Im giving the game a solid 3/10 so far. Magia re-imagination so far isnt that impressive (especial since unlike the main series it feels like your skipping bosses and enemies from the original) havent played Oriko so no opinion on it so far.

To be fair Toy Story series has higher regard to oscars than other Disney/Pixar movies. Toy Story 3 was one of the 3 animated movies to be nominated for best picture.
