Crab 3oz
Smoked Salmon pk 40oz
Salt to taste
Black pepper
And dill to taste
Park skim Ricotta 2tbs
Low fat cottage cheese 3tbs
Purple onion 1small
Light sour cream 1&1/2 tbs
Instructions: chop and mix everything together.

In other news, as a Canadian in America right now i gotta make sure to get my papers by April 11. Remember you need to sign and state how long you’ll be in the country by then and always have the paper work on you.

1week post-op. Feeling better sore still but better. Exhausted very exhausted I’m on liquids until next Tuesday then mushy until apr 25. I’m bk home with my wife and son, so it’s a win win right now.

Surgery went well, I went in on Tuesday stayed until Wednesday late afternoon, and was discharged. Doing good siping on liquids.

Today has already been eventful, woke up to horrible cramps on top of my already hurting stomach and my 4.5year old projectile throwing up. 😬
